Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played various characters in films, TV as well as the stage. Her achievements include a Daytime Emmy Award and a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. Her first role was as twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap opera Another World from 1987-1991. She won the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The 1990s saw her was more well-known for her roles in the films Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) as well as I Know What You Did last Summer (1997). In addition, she was in the was also in the action comedy film Six Days Seven Nights (1998) as well as the comedy-action movie Wag the Dog (1997), the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 6, 1953. She is an American actress. She is well known for her character as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). The actress is the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Her professional journey began early. Her first role came to her at the age of four when she appeared in T is for Tumbleweed. Oscar nominations were given to the short documentary. She would spend time working on set along with her mother so she could learn the intricacies of running a business. Lockhart was even in several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her first feature film. At age 18 she played her mother Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. This was her last acting appearance. Anne turned down the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween, 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter said the actress was his primary option for the role, but she refused. Anne is unable to remember John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. One of her agents might have turned down the opportunity for her, but not even known. Glen Larson, who had provided her with the first draft script of a part of the TV series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, initially chose her. The character was not strong enough for her to accept the part. Glen came up with a completely new character to play for her using Sheba being a more formidable persona. The Living Legend's initial 25-page script was read to her and she immediately agreed. The show ran for one season. She also starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. And she costarred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
